John and Darren have worked in structured cabling since 1998, delivering installations for some of the biggest multinational companies in Ireland before founding Elite Services in 2007.
That experience shows in the finish: tidy cabinets, clean routes and a system your IT team can look after without guesswork.
Elite Services have been working with us here at Workday Dublin for over three years as our only Structured Cabling vendor. They have done an excellent job on 7 phases of our EMEA HQ & have installed over 7000 CAT6 data points at this stage.
Dylan BreretonSenior Engineer, WorkdayStructured Cabling: common questions
What's the difference between Cat6 and Cat6A?
Both carry gigabit Ethernet. Cat6A is built to a higher specification so it supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet over the full 100 metre channel, while Cat6 only supports it over shorter runs of up to about 55 metres. We'll recommend the right one for your building and budget.
Can you install while our office stays open?
Yes. We plan work in phases around your team so the business keeps running, as we did across seven phases at Workday's EMEA HQ in Dublin.
Which cabling systems do you install?
We work with systems from Brand-Rex, Excel, Nexans, 3M and Draka, and can match an existing system if you're extending one.
